I had known Jackie as a friend of many of my friends for a long time. She always seemed like so much fun so when she asked me to shoot her wedding I jumped at the chance. Despite the fact that I was going to be quite heavily pregnant on the day I just had to say yes. Kinsale is one of my favourite places in the world, a bunch of my friends were going to be there, it's summer time, it had to be amazing and it was. 

Weddings are emotional by nature but I think that this must have been the most emotional wedding I was ever at (or maybe it was just my hormones!), but seriously there was so much laughter and so many tearful eruptions it just blew me away. I suppose this is what happens around gorgeous people like Jackie and Mark. 

To add to the fun I had an incredible second shooter to assist me and my bump on the day. My friend and great wedding photographer Aidan Oliver melted into the back ground (as he does) and grabbed some amazing details and sneaky candid shots of the guests. I can't thank him enough for his help and sharing his brilliant talent.
